"My experience with J&J was not all positive in the beginning. The driveway was poured and they ran out of asphalt. When finished, tt looked like a patch job. I expressed my displeasure with the owner of the company and he personally visited my home and said, Yes, it is not right and we will correct it.. They dug up the newly poured driveway and poured a new one.. IT IS FANTASTIC. In the end, J&J made good on their promise of guaranteed satisfaction. "
