"Overall our experience with Metro was a good one and we are very happy with the outcome. The entire process of remodeling can often be tiring and frustrating. Skip was conscientious about his work and eventually we got everything that we wanted. Communication could be improved...It seemed that often our discussion/direction with the general contractor were not passed down to the actual workers. We did have open dialogue though with Skip and in the end everything was completed to our satisfaction. In a day and age when you are so weary about workers coming into your home, it was a pleasure to work with Metro - they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and we were never worried that the job would not be completed to our satisfaction."
