"They were the first to call, make an appointment and give an estimate. And, to date, the only ones who followed through. The only other contractor we responded to was Perfect Windows and Doors. They made an appointment, came out but have yet to get back to us with an estimate. We should have made an appointment with HOD of Calif., Inc. They called right away, too, but we wanted just two estimates so did not make an appointment. In light of what happened with Perfect Windows, we should have responded to HOD. "
