He has great ideas of his own, he listened to ours and came up with a plan that more than met our needs His follow up was excellent the unit was delivered on time and was just great. Elvis came up with a great mounting solution, now we have the quality and look we wanted and a unit that performs better than we had hoped for. He is first on our Kitchen redo list"
