"The arrival was slightly late, but he called (my office) and let me know he was stuck in traffic. The work was quite complicated and took some time to complete. I had to drive Dale to Home Depot because one of the components (DVD) could not be hooked up with out a special wire and plug. Overall I feel the job was done well and have no doubt that TV is not falling off the wall anytime soon."

"I received a call from Dale within minutes of my sending an e-mail to him stating that I needed a TV hung on my wall. He was able to do the job within days of our talking on the telephone. (Quite impressive.) Dale arrived five minutes prior to his stated arrival time, removed his shoes and put his slippers on upon entering my home, took a look at the job to be done and went to work immediately. He asked pertinent questions, answered mine, didn't overly socialize while doing the work, did the job in the time he estimated, and personally swept up the little bit of mess he caused. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED!!"
