"If there was a Higher rating then very good I would of made it. I received a bid from Fran very quickly and acutely. She handled the process very professionally and the best thing is she kept me informed every step of the way of the job including sending pictures (I live out of state). I came to the home for a final inspection to find that her company had done and excellent job. When I arrived I found that I needed some trash removed from the street(nothing to do with the job) and she went out of her way to find some one to take care of this for a very reasonable cost with no profit in it for herself. Out of all the different contractors I have used she is by far the best."
