"Shawn was extremely helpful , quick to return calls and follow up on questions/issues. I plan on updating my master bath and will have him bid that, as well. I rated the Quality as a "3" because the grout used on my backsplash is already deteriorating and coming out after less than five months (I have yet to contact Shawn about this issue); outside of this problem, the balance of the work was more than satisfactory."
