"Tate Construction did a fantastic job with my condo remodel. We completely rebuilt the kitchen with granite, new cupboards, appliances, etc. and it turned out beautifully. New flooring, painting, complete bathroom remodel, carpet, etc. The work got done quickly and affordably. We were newbies at this whole construction thing, and Tate Construction coached us throughout the process. The end result was better than we expected. My sister is gearing up for a kitchen remodel now, and if I would recommend Tate Construction to her, I would recommend Tate Construction to anyone."

"They did everything as promised, from the measuring to the install. Two times communication between the sales side and the installers was not plain, but the installers did a marvelous job of working out the issues. Had one issue with the glue job on the floor but Craig came out as promised and re tacked the entire staircase not just the 2 problem areas. The job looks beautiful and everyone who knew what the old kitchen looked like is stunned at how great it looks now. The kitchen hadn't received a major facelift in 60 or 70 years."

The expansion would require to remove an exterior wall and lengthen two existing walls. It is not a project that we would be pursuing within the yeat due to the expected cost of this remodel.
