"Experience was okay. Workers arrived late on both days. On the second day, that was a real problem for me as I had an appointment I couldn't be late for and had explained that to Paul Gilbert the day before. As a result, I had to rush out of the house, and had no time to discuss the job that was done, what I should do to keep the tile/grout looking good, etc. The guys worked hard at cleaning the tile on day 1. And the regrouting of the tile makes the shower stall look a lot better than it did. I am happy about that. "
