"Roy was extremely concerned that we get exactly what we wanted, and very detailed in describing pants and options for the design. He was the only bidder that took this sort of time to work with us. Additionally, he was out to oversee the work, and check on details.. His follow up is great to confirm work was done correctly. His team is very experienced, and worked very well with us. We have decided to use them for monthly maint also, based on our experience with them."
