He kept every commitment he made from the visit to my home to view the work to be done; to providing the estimate; to keeping to the actual estimate. Further, he performed the work sooner than he had quoted - his original quote to do the work was fine with me but a very pleasant experience to have something happen sooner than anticipated. With so many vendors, it is quite the opposite. The work is impeccable and I'd highly recommend Shawn and Southern Contractors for any project to be done which is within their company scope. "

"Super nice guy. He had to work through this terrible 2 weeks of flooding rain (can't seal a wet deck) and he kept coming until the rain stopped. Reasonable estimate and that is what I paid when Jay's was done with that job. The deck had a heavy coat of red sealier paint, and Jay was able to strip it all off and make the deck look like new. Jay recommended a really nice natural sealer color that we are enjoying a lot! Will most likely like to re-hire him when I need more deck work."
