| Comment: Recently Completed Habitat for Humanity home in Murfreesboro TN. Some mold developed in conditioned crawlspace during construction before vapor barrier placed on ground. When home completed and crawl conditioning commenced, mold was killed (we think). Crawlspace a dry and fresh smelling, but homeowner insists that mold exists. Need to test to prove whether live mold exists or not. |

It came back with the inspector saying Deficient of apparent fungal growth was noted in several areas of the floor structure under the crawlspace.
