"I was set at ease at the initial sales call. After seeing other companies (some really bad calls) I was set on Dave's Midwest. The price and the service were exactly what I had asked for. But the Service Far Exceeded My Expectations!! I was having replacement windows installed, so I knew there would be a mess on the carpet. I chose NOT to vacuum, just move the furniture, before they arrived. Imagine, walking into a room, completely cleaned, better than it was left. They vacuumed all the rooms, and swept off the patios. I have already printed up a flier for my neighbors to recommend Dave's Midwest Building Services! Thank you Dave!"
