"My husband & I are new pool owners. Upon uncovering the pool this year we were concerned as to the high content of algae & dark, muddy discolouration. I called several services, unable to reach most, those with whom I spoke could only fit us in several weeks later or were no longer taking on new clients! Jeff Ormsby of Dive-In, Inc. answered his phone himself. He asked numerous pointed and specific questions, exhibiting kindly concern & professionalism. The appt. was set for 5 days later. He called the day of the appt, just to let us know that he was running a little late. Our pool is now clear & clean & we highly recommend his services!"
