Comment: I am most interested in design of a pass-through window and bar through from the kitchen to the dining room and help with color and style.  There is an appropriate space on both sides but I expect it will require moving some pipes and electrical.  The home was built in 1915 and the dining room and living room are full of beautiful quarter-sawn oak and neutral grass-cloth and warm colors except for the original teal tile on the fireplace.
