"Joe was very polite and professional. His proposal of updating the old wiring and adding a sub-panel made a lot of sense. He and his son-in-law came on time and finished the job on time. He is a nice guy too. The total price is bit over budget but he did ran a few more lines for the kitchen. I would hire him again in the future. In fact, we may very likely hire him again for another apartment in the same building this year."
