"When the Coastal Exterior representative (Roy Faulkenberry) first came to our home my wife and I were very impressed in his ability to demonstrate his vast knowledge in the product. His professionalism, sales techniques, and communication skills are by far "top notch". He was able to answer all of our questions with great confidence and ease. When the installation crew (Don Delaria) came to our home, they arrived on time and displayed an extremely positive attitude. The crew definitely had the mindset to work. Their professionalism, work ethic, and time management enabled them to remove the old, install, level, and weatherproof fourteen new replacement windows in one day. That is outstanding! "Roy was very easy to work with even though I was several hundred miles away. The siding looks great and Roy spent his own time to research and find the window manufacturer so I could have that information. My only concern would be that there was a small piece of metal that Roy did not put up that was already missing, therefor this had to be done at a later time."
