"First and foremost we absolutely love our antiqued stamped patio! Everyone that sees it, loves it! Paul and his guys know what they are doing when it comes to concrete! I think they need to alot themselves more time on projects to make sure it is not done in a rush and possibly bring in extra hands on these larger projects. Paul was always in a rush. He needs to either leave the project to the guys there, or needs to allocate his schedule differently. They were able to get it done in a very timely manor and were willing afterwards to come in with their Bobcat and assist in grading the yard back to where it started, which was expected. Of course we provided the top soil for this. As an outsider looking in on the process I felt that Paul might want to include his concrete guy in on his bid process. I felt like the project expectations could have been communicated better straight from me to the person doing the work, rather than through a middle person. That way I would have felt more comfortable leaving the house knowing I would come back to what I expected the finished product to be. I think that would streamline the process a great deal and put the client more at ease. At the end of the day though, the patio is beautiful! We would definitely use Artistic Concrete again and know several people who will probably use them in the future. "
