"Chris made a special trip to inspect my roof over the weekend - diagnosed and explained the problem causing the leek and had a crew out to repair it in 2 days. All together it was 5 days from entering the project on Service magic to having a finished repair at a reasonable cost!"

"Steve was very friendly and professional. I liked that he discussed potential solutions to problems he saw around my house outside of the initial project without the feeling he was just trying to up the price of the project. We agreed that this additional work needed to be done and I was happy for the solutions which turned out very well. I rated him good rather than very good on budget and pricing because I am not that familiar with the going rates for these projects. Wasn't cheap but neither was the work and I felt at ease with him and his wife - very happy with the work, communication, and timeliness of projects."
