"Calvert was great. He did a thorough cleaning and repair of the old grout, followed by a complete sealing of the grout with a bright white epoxy. The results were really remarkable. He was also extremely conscientious about caulking corners and ensuring that his final results not only looked great, but were truly functional and leak-proof. He even fixed things that we hadn't discussed, like a broken tile behind a bathroom door. And when I found one small, insignificant area he missed, he booked a return visit ASAP, free of charge to complete the fix. A dedicated guy who really wants you to be happy with his work. Recommended."
