"The grout cleaning looked very good. However, I was left with splatter on all of the baseboards and closets where clean up was not done. Not a big deal, but annoying. My bathroom outlet cover was broken and he did offer to get a new one to replace it. I told him not to worry about it, as I had an extra. However the outlet box was bent also and now has to be replaced/repaired before the outlet cover will fit back on. I chose not to have him return to seal the tile."

"All went well - good price; I do think though, that they should use a canvas or tarp all the time, on the floor, for all the drywall plaster paste to fall on, whether it be in the house or a garage. "
