"Ken Peloe and his team responded quickly to my project and was willing to work on my time-line. Most importantly, the level of attention to detail and the craft of laying tile on an uneven sub floor and have the end result be even. By using the materials needed and a level it is a craft to have seemless lines and no uneven tile. I had another contractor Mark do some other areas around my house...and he was touted as a 3rd generation tile pro. Well be careful and check out Service Magic first. Land Designs and Ken are going to do more work in my kitchen and laundry room. Trustworty, honest, reliable, good value, ethical, and does GREAT work!"

"Floyd & Sons recently removed 8 medium sized, 30 yr old shrubs from the front of my house. They completed the job on time, within the quoted cost, with no surprises. A quality job was done with good "finishing" for best appearance, given that I was not going to replace landscaping until Fall or Spring. They replaced soil, applied 4 inches of mulch, and a nice touch of their own, planted some simple flowers around the rim to improve interim appearance. Nice cleanup and no damage or messy area left behind. Not cheap, but reasonable pricing based on my checking alternative resources. "
