"My experience was quite good. They were attentive to detail, insistent on high quality, and pleasant to work with. I'm very pleased with the (almost) finished product. The job begain in the fall and stretched out over several months because it could not be completed before winter set in. It was completed when the weather allowed, with one minor exception. One window required new hardware. Parts were ordered months ago but have not yet been installed, despite attempts on my part to schedule the work. I would still consider using the company for other projects, but the delay and lack of response near end of the job have tempered my enthusiasm."
