"I contracted MDI to installed a shingle roof and gutter. They were very proficient and polite. Although I signed a contract for materials and labor, I was asked to pay for the roofing when it was delivered. Was somewhat of a surprise, but I consented. May want to double check on exact payment terms when agreeing to have MDI do roofing. Again, they did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the final results. "
