"Audio Crafters, Inc. did a great job with my home theater/ audio needs. I described what I wanted and Lou came up with several ideas. The recommendations included enhancements that I did not know were available, AND were reasonably priced. The estimate was accurate and itemized. The recommendations he made were spot on and Audio Crafters' prices were as good or better than Best Buy, plus you get the custom service which you won't from the big chain. He also guaranteed his pricing, which others were not willing to do. I changed the plans as we went, and Lou was patient and helpful in creating a great system for my family. Issues came up and Audio Crafters handled them reasonably. A personal tutorial was given to me to help me operate the system. Do yourself a favor and use someone who takes professional pride in doing it right. These are characteristics of someone I trust to do work in my home. It is rare that you find a business that is so customer focused as Audio Crafters these days, but I am glad I did. "

"they pulled together a complete home theater in Two days. I origiannly booked through best buy, but had terrible service. So I cancelled my service and was so happy..I ended up saving over $800 and they did some electrical work which best buy does not do. Will be calling again for the basement..."
