"Very Professional -- arrived on time, offered to clean up after finishing work, stayed on-hand to assist with integrating the receiver and speakers, etc. Part of the job is pending because I have not been able to procure all of the equipment yet -- something that I undertook to do myself. Christian offered to not charge the service call fee if I would have him complete the job within a week -- again, very nice of him to offer. Been listening to the speakers for about an hour each evening for the last 3 days -- they sound exactly as I had hoped. Christian demonstrated a good understanding of where to place the speakers for optimum performance."
