"They quoted a price for me, based on number of hours anticipated. However, the person that showed up only took about half the time and they wanted me to pay the full quote price. I didn't understand because they already told me their hourly rate, and I knew how many hours they spent. A call to the owner was initiated and we had to negotiate for awhile. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I wish they would have just done the right thing. I don't mind paying for people's work at all, but this job was a bit troublesome because of that issue."
