"When I first contacted them for an estimate I was extremely impressed with the detail in the estimate. We scheduled the appointment several weeks in advance. Two days out however I contacted him to confirm but he said he had to postpone. I was less than happy having made the appointment weeks in advance. We did get it done the next week and once Scott got there he went right to work. He took steps to protect our plants around the house from the solution, but a couple of our plants were affected. I'm hopeful they won't die but I wasn't prepared for that issue. Overall, I recommend them, but I also recommend you ask lots of questions!"
