"I did not have any landscaping done. They fixed the drainage problem in my back yard. It was swampy and I could not mow the grass. "Multi Trade" knew what they were doing, They had multi crendentials that let me know they were experienced and had corrected this problem many times before. They put in new and larger drainage pipes on all the gutters and french drains across the back yard.They regraded and seeded the back yard. If you want a reliable company they are the one. Not the lowest bid but I felt they had the knowledge to do the job right and not just put a "bandaid" on the situation. "
