Comment: We need our hinges on our metal gate replaced with spring loaded hinges. We have purchased spring loaded hinges however our maintenance person was unable to remove the old hinges and effectively stripped the screws as they have been painted many times and rusted in place after 10 years. We have tried "easy outs" and have had no luck removing the screws to replace the hinges. You may need to tap new holes in the fence to thread new screws or use bolts straight through the fence. <br /> <br />For payment we would require a company I-9 if paid by check, payment would be 3 weeks after completion, or we could pay via credit card if acceptable. <br /> <br />We are a Marriott hotel located on Washington Ave. <br /> <br />This work needs to be done by Friday June 11, but sooner would be better. <br /> <br />Thank you.
