"Workers came as scheduled & completed job on time and to liking.. Told estimater this was primarily for keeping large dog in. Bottom of fence could be pushed up enough for possible dog to get out..When asked work suprvsr, he was not told that it would be for dog. They usually put in a tension wire to keep tight. No wire was on truck to install."
