We initially made the decision to go with Chicas Construction because when Julio came to give us an estimate for the project he was well prepared, had read the plans and knew what questions to ask. Our project was extensive; it was an addition of a master suite that included a new bathroom, laundry closet , hallway, a remodel of the front bathroom and an extension of a current bedroom. I was worried about finding a contractor I could trust. We are very pleased with their work ethic and their desire to do their best. We also appreciate Julioâ s responsiveness when we contacted him about any concerns or questions. We felt that Julio had our best interest in mind and that made us trust him. We highly recommend Julio Chicas construction, the crew is very professional and respectful. We are happy with the work completed and we are glad we made the choice to work with Julio Chicas Construction.

We hired Julio and Chicas Construction to do a full kitchen remodel. Julio was great at communicating throughout the entire process. His dad Antonio and worker Arturo were the two main workers during our remodel and they were both incredibly professional and punctual. We never had any issues with having to clean up after them or waiting on them. If I had any issues along the way Julio and his team addressed it right away and made sure the final product was a kitchen that I absolutely love! They started with a poorly made kitchen and did their best to level our floors and work around a sloped ceiling. I have gotten many compliments on the kitchen and have already given friends and family Julios number. I will be keeping Chicas Construction in mind for all future projects.

Julio of Chicas Construction kept us posted and communicated with us regarding all aspects of the bathroom remodeling. Looks beautiful!

We called Chica’s Construction so they could demo our cracked driveway and replace it. Julio responded right away to our communication and he continued to communicate promptly in every situation. We were impressed with every detail from the speedy demo, to the regrading, compacting, rebar and the quality finish work. Rarely has construction work exceeded our expectations. Chicas Contruction has done a wonderful job. We would use them again in a heartbeat; as well as recommending them to our friends and family.
