He answered any questions that I had and told me he was always available by phone or email. Bill and his team were friendly and polite. He was also able to fix a few other minor issues that we had free of charge. The initial quote was exactly what he charged. Everything was left neat and clean after the installation was complete. The men wore masks and were very careful to follow COVID 19 guidelines. They put down protective covers over all floors and carpets. The two men who came worked well together and were very considerate of our needs and answered all our questions. The owner of the company followed up with a call, the next day to see if everything is working to our satisfaction. They also planned to come out in a few weeks to check to make sure the unit is working properly and answer any questions we have on the new unit. "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. "My central A/C installation with Sunrise Comfort Solutions was a seamless experience from start to finish. We have a very old dutch colonial home (approx 2000 sq ft) that did not have central air. Not only did the HVAC engineer from SCS give us the lowest estimate, but he also laid out the methodology and process in which it would be setup. The team that installed the A/C were professional, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable in their trade. They did a seamless job within the agree-upon timeline, and even helped me fix a minor plumbing issue while they were out there. They also fulfilled my request to put the condenser in a more concealed location on property even though it was a greater challenge and required them to spend additional time running the piping. They were also very respectful with respect to their hands-free service guarantee in light of COVID-19. It was 95 degrees outside (probably 130 in my attic) and I never saw any of the team members without a mask and gloves. The lead engineer was also onsite at least 50% of the installation to answer questions and ensure quality workmanship. The end result was fantastic. For a very reasonable price, we went from 5 loud, dirty window units to a quiet system and nice cool home. Not to mention, an infusion of equity in our home, great air quality, and a SIGNIFICANT reduction in our monthly electric bill (approx $125 even with being home all the time because of the coronavirus)."

"Haller removed an old ac system and replaced it with a heat pump. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. "Adam, the owner of Tankless Industries, came out to assess my leaking tankless water heater and we discussed options between repair and replacement. I had several other quotes (for both repair and replacement), and between them all, Tankless quoted the best price and the quickest turnaround time. Adam presented as very knowledgeable during our initial meeting and the type of owner that took pride in his businessâ s reputation, so we went with him. Ultimately we opted for replacement as my prior unit was 13 years old and the cost to repair wasnâ t worth the investment (I should note here that Iâ m fairly knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and plumbing equipment, so this wasnâ t an upsell situation). Brandon was our installer and did a great job. Adam even came out to review the work at the end of the day to ensure it was up to his standards. On top of that, during the quote, Adam had noted that the vent pipe for my furnace was dripping condensate down the exterior wall, damaging my stucco. During the water heater install, Brandon threw a pvc elbow on the pipe when he was finishing up. Yea, only a $1 part, but a strong testament to Adamâ s customer service and do-it-right attitude. Iâ d highly recommend using Tankless Industries."

"Called Middletown HVAC for routine heater bleed when the company I normally use was unable to come out. I have a newborn baby in the house and was concerned about him being cold. Technician came out and found during our inspection that our boiler was not only not functioning properly but was unsafe for use due to water rot. We were floored as the previous company mentioned NOTHING years before. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to get things replaced in a quick and efficient manner. They came back and took care of it within a matter of two days. Needless to say, I will no longer be calling the old company and I will only be calling Middletown.
