Most importantly, to me, was their thoroughness & attention to detail. For my 900 sq. ft. 1949 home, they quoted me for 5 days of work and 2 coats of paint but ended up working for 6.5 days and applying 3 coats to all trim - no additional charge. After suggesting that I buy all new door hinges since the old ones were covered in layers of old paint (and me telling them that wasn't in my budget), they went over & above by taking it on themselves to apply paint thinner to all the hinges! This was/is my first home, and Gene said he remembered that feeling & wanted to make sure I was happy. Mission accomplished!"
