Prompt to respond and schedule the job. Hard to pin down an arrival time but good work when he did arrive. He put new post caps on our fence. He did a good job, using a level to make sure they were on straight, all but one. It’s very crooked and will need to be redone. Pleasant and helpful. Would hire again.

I hired them to replace a few 2x6 beam on the outside of the roof. They completed the job . But I noticed a corner was not patched up properly or no caulking. I called him. They came back to cault and cover it perfectly, the next day. So I gave him 4.5. It could have Been a 5. If it was done right first time.

Showed up onetime. Met my level of desired expectations with are very high as if younger and now with some health issues, could have done the job myself. Did it for a fair price. Properly cleaned up after the work was finished. Did no damage while doing the work. Put items back where he found them if they were moved. Friendly and supportive. Could not have asked for more. He is the first contractor I have hired in many years that I would strongly consider rehiring in the future. Work done was replacing the screen fabric in all my 16 window screens. He also used the high quality material I requested at no extra charge.

Replacing window screen fabric. Was very pleased with work done correctly with proper respect with landscaping and cleaned up properly after job was completed. Also offered a fair price for the work done and quality of work. Will strongly consider him again for future projects that a likely more complex.
