"It's been several weeks now and everything has worked out just fine. We hired them to inspect and clean the fireplace and we ended up doing so much more. We are the third homeowner and with the house being 20 years old things have started to break, need repair or desperately need maintenance. We fell into all three categories. We talked with Mike who was great getting us set up and explaining the process. Then Daniel and John arrived to do the work. We got our air ducts cleaned, chimney cleaned and fixed, Dryer vent cleaned and a new UV light installed at the heat pump and the blower and coils cleaned for a very reasonable price for 5 + hours worth of work and parts. We have already set up for our yearly system's check so we will not have to worry about it (at no obligation). I would recommend them without hesitation ( I cannot say that about other companies that I have used.) "I didn't engage Mr. Hammond to actually clean the fireplace and chimney since it has rarely been used (if at all) in the last 28 years. Instead, I requested Mr. Hammond to make some repairs to the chimney crown and bricks that were noted by a roofer who had been making repairs around the chimney. Mr. Hammond was very prompt in responding to my inquiry for assistance. He has been in the business since the 70s and has the knowledge and experience to identify deficiencies in a chimney system and make appropriate and cost effective repairs. He was such a pleasure to work with that I wish that he could help me with other projects around the house."
