"After having serious flood damage to the mansion in 2019, our project Manager introduced us to Dan and Earthon Concepts. The mansion is a very large house and needed serious structure work. Dan came in and was able to do the extensive work in the basement which including building a strong steel frame to secure the three-story 12,000 sq. ft. home so it could stand tall for another 100 yrs. The next project he took on was to rebuild the elaborate main porch, matching the design and workmanship done over a hundred and fifty-five years ago which he was able to do flawlessly. He and his crew have fantastic personalities and were a lot of fun to have here and joke with as I watched my beautiful home come back to life. I am a man with many words and still could not find enough to say how much I would recommend this company to anyone looking for strong work ethics and devoted builders to bring back the history of your home as they did mine. "Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. Repurposed the walk-in pantry to house the refrigerator that was on the wall that was removed. Overall, very professional and high quality. "Chase answered all my concerns during the estimate meeting, providing me with information without pressure to buy. Great Plains was also one of the few siding contractors that did not "require" my wife to be present at our in-home meeting. His work crew arrived each morning about eight and left between five and six in the evening after they did a general clean up of the yard. They worked hard and it was easy to see they were a true team as they worked smoothly together. Their craftsmanship and pride is evident in their work. A small issue with missing cosmetic screw plugs for the door window appeared at the end of the job. Even though I had signed off on the project, Chase went the extra mile and made sure to correct the issue (he had to order them twice) himself. As a former contractor in a similar business, I can tell you many contractors would "forget" about this two-dollar type of issue. In summary, professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service distinguish Chase and his Great Plains Exteriors crew."
