"We are very satisfied with this company! They were able to squeeze us in for a bathroom remodel about a month before they originally estimated. They finished the work in three days. Our home has a 1950s bathroom that had ugly pink floor tile and burgundy wall tile that covered most of the bathroom. They removed all of it and installed a new tub with stone walls, new flooring, and drywall on the other walls. They do not mud and tape drywall, so we had to do that on our own once they finished. "After a night of heavy rains I woke up to a leak in my den ceiling. My roof is 20 years old and has a very high pitch (12/12 pitch). I didn't know who to call so I queried the Next Door app and found Terry from Dynamic Construction Co. Terry arrived approx 2 hrs later and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was expecting that he was going to try to up sell me a new roof for 20k, but I was pleasantly surprised when he told me my roof was in great shape and that all I needed was a 10.00 rubber boot to replace the deteriorated boot on my bathroom vent. "I am extremely happy with how my project came out. Kevin Catano came out to look at the job and provide a quote the next day. His pricing was very reasonable and the job was done within the discussed timeline. Kevin and his crew installed new drywall for my 400 square foot family room walls and ceiling (to cover a horrible texture), sanded, mudded, primed, painted, and installed trim. He worked around my timing for electrical and tile work to be done as well and came back after the carpeting was installed to put the baseboard trim. He always answered my calls and texts when I had questions and communicated when him or his crew would arrive be arriving each day. Definitely recommended!"
