"Barry and his team replaced the carpet in four bedrooms and the hallway of our new home. They were courteous, reliable and very reasonably priced -- it is still just as beautiful 3 years later. We were so happy with the workmanship, we had them replace the carpet in the living room and dining room with matching hardwood to the office and kitchen. We also had them replace carpet in the basement apartment with LVP and install rubberized linoleum in our basement workshop. We will be using them to upgrade our laundry room and back stairway soon. "They quickly visited on site and evaluated the issue. We just bought our new place and the air quality test showed that we needed air source cleaning. It required cleaning of the hvac system and ducts and Biocide arranged for a sub (Hurricane Air Duct Cleaning) to handle that job. They did a great job and were professional and thorough. Biocide followed that up with a microbial sanitizing treatment and the tech was on time, professional and fairly quick. Overall pleased with the service."

As with all projects things changed as we went along and I found Jeremy to be flexible. If he said he would be at my house at 7am, he was always punctual. A couple weeks after the project was completed there was a small problem with the granite. I texted him, he contacted the company and arranged for the issue to be corrected.
