Angieâ s list had several positive reviews of Father & Son Masonry, so I put a request in for a quote and Nardi Hoxha came the same day to evaluate and quote the work. Hereâ s the thing, Nardiâ s team does masonry and more! Not only did they repair the brick on the front steps, but they also power washed and sealed the steps, power washed the limestone patio (that desperately needed a cleaning) power washed the white garage doors (that gleamed white after), swept moss off the garage roof, and cleaned two lines of gutters. Nardi also squeezed my jobs into his busy schedule a few days after we met and completed the job in two days (over just a few hrs). Nardi and team were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They checked the box on fixing so many of my exterior house pains and I couldnâ t be more grateful and pleased with the results. "I've hired Iljazi Masonry for two different jobs now because I've been so happy with their work. First we tore down our rotting deck, and had them install a bluestone patio. They laid a thick cement foundation so that I will never have weeds grow through between the stone and took care in cutting the stone and placing it so as not to be wasteful and so the pieces went together without looking too symmetrical. I wish I had done this years ago...one of the best investments I've made. Then I hired them again to repair/rebuild two stone pillars at the bottom of my driveway. They are super solid now and I expect them to last for years. I am definitely keeping them in mind for my next project when I am ready. "Tonin was able to quickly provide an estimate for repairs to my cinder block and slab back porch, which included: 1. repair of cinder block wall which the previous owner said was damaged when an excavator backed into the porch 2. break-up/removal of old concrete stairs and replacement with new stairs made of cinder block and blue stone, and 3. patching holes on the surface of the concrete slab. He gave me a reasonable estimate for the work. He did not try to up-sell me, like another contractor attempted to do. He listened to what I wanted done, he explained what he would need to do, which was exactly what I was looking for. He showed up on the day and time he promised. (I have dealt with other contractors and it’s always a bad sign when they show up late on the first day) Tonin did a fantastic job and his repairs were beautiful.
