Andrew was very responsive in getting back to me when I had questions about my window choices, and about the financing options. The men who installed the windows were on time, professional, neat, efficient, friendly, and worked well as a team. This is the second time I have used Discount Windows in two years- the last time I had them replace my patio doors, and that was an equally good experience! The windows look great!"

"I noticed a woodpecker making a hole high up on the side of my house and contacted several contractors about fixing it. I told them it would require a 32’ ladder and only two were interested in the work. Ronaldo from Everlast came out the next day and gave me a reasonable estimate ($350) to replace the siding and flashing, caulk, and paint the area. His crew came the next morning and both the gentlemen were polite and very good workers. While there we discovered some siding that had started deteriorating over the years and they took photos of the area, Ronaldo gave me a bid on it, and they came out promptly on the following day (a Saturday) and repaired that area as well. I would definitely recommend Everlast: they respond quickly, know what to do, and work very hard to get the job done quickly and correctly. I will call them again if I need something else repaired! Thank you!"

"Ivan installed new vinyl siding and three new windows in our home. When the old fiberboard siding was removed, lots of wood rot and poor insulation were uncovered due to poor workmanship done by the original builder. Ivan fixed all the problems and we are so very happy with the result. Our house looks great and our furnace runs way less since the drafts are gone. Ivan and his crew perform high-quality work; they are honest, friendly and their communication was excellent. We highly recommend Art Quality Renovations and will hire them for all of our house projects going forward."

"Mad City installed about 15 replacement windows in our home. They showed up on time, were efficient, and returned for quality inspection and minor repairs needed. "I had a great experience from start to finish. I had four different foundation companies look at the large crack in my foundation. Two said to put epoxy in it and I would be good. The third offered a slightly more involved fix that would not address the root of the problem. American Waterworks was different from the start. First of all, they book a three hour appointment so they can fully investigate, measure and explain exactly what is happening and what needs to be done to truly fix the problem. The level of knowledge and expertise shown by the the Design Specialist, Chuck, was astounding. He even predicted that there would be at least one if not two more cracks in the foundation we could not see and their location and he was right on both counts. I ended up needing 10 helical piers and 7 helical anchors to repair the foundation and stop it from rotating backwards toward the hill and to stabilize and lift the foundation back to its original position. The three man installation crew was incredible. Jose the Foreman, Luis the Co-Foreman, and Jose the Production Specialist were extremely hard working, knowledgeable and always willing to take time to answer any questions I had about the project. Their level of professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail put me at ease during such a major undertaking and I always knew my house was in good hands. I can not recommend American Waterworks enough to anyone needing their foundation repaired."

Work took about a week and was performed by highly skilled craftsmen with + 20 years experience and it showed, professional all the way. We are happy with the install and all the custom trim work matched very well too. Highly recommend Twin Cities Siding Professionals."

"This crew was excellent. They did an excellent job of installing my porcelain ceramic planks in the living room. They did this at a lower cost than had I gone with the place I bought the flooring from. They picked up the flooring materials to bring to the job and did very professional work. They cleaned the floor well after the job as not to leave grout dust on the floor. I plan on hiring them again soon to do more work for me. I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone looking for home improvements."
