"We had 2 other businesses tell us that we had to have a fireplace insert and new pipe (30 ft long and on a very steep roof) placed down the chimney because the tile mortar was missing, a repair that was going to cost $11,500. Nathan came and assessed the chimney and said that the tile mortar is intact, but that the creosote lining the chimney had experienced a fire and had to be removed with PCR, which he will do in 2 weeks. He is repairing other things on the chimney another company had attempted to fix but hadn't. He provided photos to verify all he told us. The total repair will be less than $2000. He is responsive to texts and emails and provides written estimates. Though the job isn't finished yet, we feel like we have found a chimney professional we can use for the future."

Victoria kept me up to date on everything that they were doing and why, and gave balanced and reasonably priced options for the repair work that needed to be done. The original install of this shower during construction was done poorly, and Dominguez Flooring left my shower in MUCH better condition than they found it.
