Matt came out and didn't not charge me for a service charge since the cover was in bad shape and needed repair. Shortly after it broke (while waiting on the new cover to arrive). They knew I was in a "pickle" and needed to get the pool open soon due to other issues also going on. They were able to get my new cover installed and working in a very short period of time.
