"I'm not a review writing person, but I will make an exception here. First of all, the salesperson, Steve was awesome. He explained everything to the detail. It also helps that First choice offers two year no interest financing. The work crew came in on Monday morning, twenty minutes before they said they would. I have a big basement, it took them two days from start to finish. When they were done, one of the guys gave me a walk around explaining everything. Boy, my basement never looked so clean and good. They were very professional, quick and left the basement immaculate. Highly appreciated. And here's the thing, the very next Sunday thru Monday, we had a rain storm and my basement was dry as a bone. I could actually see the water as it was coming out of the pipe outside my house from the sump pump. It's been predicted that this Sunday - Monday we're gonna have a worse rainstorm than last week. Mark from AME came to my house that night to survey the situation and helped make sure everything was under control before he went home to his wife and kids. He showed up the next morning at 8am ahead of schedule with two extra hands and began to dig and trace this leak down. This was no easy task by any stretch of the imagination.. tho Mark and his team were relentless and we eventually made the call to put a new run in place. The best news was - I had running water that night and couldn't have been more thankful! He coordinated all the inspections and was there the very next day with the inspector and once it cleared he and his team began to return my lawn, gardens, and sidewalk back to normal.
