"What an awesome experience! I highly recommend Otter Air Heating and Cooling as they are absolutely excellent! I located Otter Air Heating and Cooling via Angi. I was impressed with all of the previous reviews. I prayed before calling, and the owner, Mr. Aaron Joumas answered immediately. I spoke with him briefly about repairing my 12 yr old system, which he visited on the same day, diagnosed, and provided a lower quote than another company. Because my system was old and had previously stopped working many times, I asked about replacing the entire system. Mr. Joumas quoted a fantastic price and scheduled my replacement within two days! During removal of the old unit and new installation, Mr. Joumas and his crew were very kind, considerate, courteous, conscientious, thorough, and clean! I was happy with everything and purchased their preventative maintenance plan and air duct cleaning services. I am a very happy customer! Thank you!"

"These guys were outstanding. The install took a little longer than expected as they didn't bring a high altitude kit for the furnace and had to drive from Flagstaff to Phoenix to pick one up. While this left us without heat for the night, we were offered a hotel or space heaters which they went to Walmart to pick up 3 for our family to use during the night, which was very much appreciated. With the exception of that delay, the work was exemplary. We had both a furnace and a/c install. It was done efficiently and with care. Any mess was completely cleaned before departure. Both installers were pleasant and explained everything before the install took place. I would use them again myself and recommend them without hesitation."

"Edward, the owner, and his entire team were incredibly accommodating and committed to provide high quality work throughout the entire project. From the preparation of the original bid quote to the final ceiling repairs and paint touch up, I cannot say enough for their desire to put the customer first. We had decided on an upper mid range HVAC system, but when the installers arrived they realized that the unit would not fit between the roof trusses. Within a few minutes Edward was consulted and a decision was made to up grade our entire system to a much higher end unit with no additional cost to us. The installers took the original system away and return with the new system within a few hours. This says a lot when you factor in all the supply chain issues weâ  ve been having. They had to search local supplies to get all of the required parts but several trips back and forth to the home they got everything done the same day. I was incredibly impressed!! The workmen were fast with attention to every detail, and they kept me informed as the work progress. I would like to praise Fernando for his ongoing communication throughout the install and final finishing. But I also must say that all four workers that came to our house were professional and committed to doing a great job. If it were possible to give a higher rating I would.
