"Chad built a beautiful second bathroom from the ground up in a larger upstairs bedroom in our cape-style craftsman house. The project took him about one month to complete and included demo of an existing closet, wallboard, flooring, and installation for cabinets, shower, toilet, and vanity. Within six weeks (after plumbing and electricity), we had a brand new full bathroom ready to use. This was an amazing investment that added considerable value to our home and made it easier for my husband and me to accommodate visiting family and friends. Chad was professional, communicative, efficient, and transparent about supply and labor costs throughout the process. We will definitely reach out to him for projects in the future."
