"I had a Ruud 3-stage heat pump installed with additional duct work to improve air flow. System runs great and is super quiet. I used Patriot Contracting for the new system because Darrell saved us when our old heatpump failed while we were out of town and he got it up an running with a "rescue motor" for a very reasonable price the evening of day we returned home. The temp in the house was 90 degrees! I didn't want to replace old unit with another single stage heat pump, and variable speed units were not available due to the Covid shortages, so Darrell fixed the old unit and it ran fine until we replaced it 6 weeks later when the Ruud variable speed heat pump became available."
