"the experience started with customer service. I had forgotten our appointment because of a family emergency. Customer service called to confirm appt and rescheduled it for me. "You should have them change the part about the email instructions for indoor pest about how to prepare. With todays treatments you do not need to empty all kitchen and bathroom cabinets per our tech. If I had gone through all that I would have been very angry!"
