David Lupberger on the Best 2009 Home Projects to Return on Their Investment: Hi, I'm David Lupberger with ServiceMagic.com. In spite of the economy, homeowners are still updating or remodeling their homes... it maybe easier to sell, or just increase their own enjoyment of it.
