Project: Repair Wood Stairs and Railings

Comment: Removed carpet on staircase. Want to square off lower steps and add matching handrail, newels, posts, etc. so that we can have the stairs finished off. Handrail is currently in construction basic oak. Don't know if it is possible to match. Would consider having the entire oak stain baluster restained with darker color if not possible to match. Would depend on cost. House was constructed by David Weekly in 1987. Stairway is sturdy and in excellent condition. Not interested in redoing entire staircase or adding wrought iron posts. Leaving the area for a few weeks. Entire house is under remodeling. Would like to time getting an estimate around week of March 5.
